Refund policy

At The New York Stripclub, we stand behind our rubs — because they’re damn good. But since our products are food-grade seasonings, we have a strict (and common-sense) policy when it comes to returns and refunds.

🔄 All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of our spice blends, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product leaves our hands, it can’t come back — for your safety and ours.

🚨 Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

We’re human, and shipping carriers aren’t perfect. If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged

  • Missing items

We’ll fix it. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thenewyorkstripclub.com. Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Double-check your shipping address and mailbox.

  2. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number.

  3. Still no luck? Reach out to us — we’ll do what we can to help.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Opened or used products

  • Delayed shipping due to carrier issues

Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
